The Fab Collective is a community that supports and recognizes ambitious, millennial women of color who handle their business as they build their empire! The Fab Collective was created by the Founder of The Fab Grad, Simone Jackson. As Simone began to share her journey as a young professional, she saw a need for community within millennial, women of color who wanted more in their 9-5 and their side-hustles! After hosting multiple events and providing one-on-one career services for young professionals, Simone decided to create something specifically tailored for her audience, The Fab Collective!
